I grew up in B2B SaaS over the past 25 years, through 6 startups (5 successful exits) and from that, I truly know that experience is a great teacher. I built teams within superb and dismal markets. I have had to manage teams from "the first customer" to dozens of "1 million $ plus" enterprise customers.
